5 Shifts

We haven't even talked about our Liberty Project in class for 2 weeks.  We had midterms, and then talked about the 5 shifts, that all combined, have brought us to where we are.
Here they are in chronological order:

1. The founding of America: Brought many people's ideas together to create a democratic republic.
2. The Civil War: Abolished slavery in America.
3. The industrual revolution: Brought many people into cities, and was the begining of mass production.
4. The technological revolution: Made it so that you can talk and communicate to anyone.
5. The family revolution: This basically is how the family has changed over the years.
